3. Product Information and Natural Variations

Oopsibop products are slow-rebound sensory products made primarily from PU foam.

Due to differences in production, hand-finishing, photography, screen settings, temperature, humidity, storage, and transportation, individual products may vary slightly in:

  • Scent and scent intensity
  • Softness and resistance
  • Rebound speed
  • Size and weight

These minor variations are part of the nature of PU foam products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Rebound speed and texture may also change according to environmental conditions. Warmer temperatures may cause a product to rebound faster, while cooler temperatures may slow the rebound process.

Temporary surface impressions caused by packaging or transportation may gradually recover after the product is removed from its packaging and allowed to rest.
